About Us

Precious Thibodeaux-Smith is the chef behind our renown menu, with creative and contemporary flavors to build a line up of incredible Cajun, barbecue and southern comfort inspired food.

Precious has been dishing out signature dishes at events since 2008. In fact, one of her fondest memories is barbequing with her grandmother (Jessie Mary Wyche) on special occasions and family events.

In 2018 Precious decided to take her love for food to another level. She teamed up with her sisters Keva Jones (who is also a talented chef) and Tamara Thibodeaux and Thibodeaux Cookers was established. They combined their Texas and Louisiana heritage and took it to the streets by purchasing a food truck and providing food catering services in Houston, Brazoria, Matagorda Counties and the surrounding areas of Texas.
